Shipped disassembled, the Metro PR-215474K3-S-4 epoxy-coated wire shelf comes with four polymer shelf mats, four epoxy-coated wire frames, and four epoxy-coated metal posts. Each post is marked every 8 inches and tapered split sleeves ensure even placement of its shelf frames; the shelf mats simply slide into place once the unit is assembled. While each shelf holds 600 pounds, the fully assembled unit has a 2,000-pound maximum capacity.

Ideal for storing perishables in walk-in coolers, the Metro PR-215474K3-S-4 shelf kit is wrapped in Microban? antimicrobial protection, inhibiting the growth of bacteria and mold. To further improve sanitation requirements, its shelf mats are perforated to prevent pooling, and each mat can be safely cleaned using a dish machine. Overall, it measures 53⁷/₈ inches wide by 21¹/₈ inches deep by 74⁷/₈ inches high and sits on leg levelers for stable placement on most floors.
