The PR-216074K3-S-4 epoxy-coated wire shelf kit ships with four metal epoxy-coated posts, four epoxy-coated wire shelf frames, and four bags of tapered split sleeves designed to support its removable polymer shelves. The posts are embossed with grooves every 8 inches for quick and accurate shelf placement. Once fully constructed, each shelf can hold 600 pounds, though the unit should not exceed a maximum capacity of 2,000 pounds. Resting on a series of stabilizing leveling legs, the shelf measures 59⁷/₈ inches wide by 21¹/₈ inches deep by 74⁷/₈ inches high.

Ideal for walk-in freezers and other high-moisture settings, the Metro PR-216074K3-S-4 shelf kit's epoxy coating protects the unit against rust and other forms of corrosion; its Microban? antimicrobial protection slows the growth of bacteria between regular cleanings. To further protect the shelves against bacteria, operators can remove the shelf mats and safely run them through a dishwasher.
