Designed to accommodate differently sized products, the Metro Q316G3 shelving kit features a series of shelves that can be adjusted without tools. The kit is composed of four epoxy-coated one-piece steel shelf frames, four polymer posts, and four shelves with removable polymer shelf mats. Because of its epoxy and polymer construction, its body resists corrosion and features antimicrobial to reduce the risk of products spoiling during storage. The shelving unit utilizes an open design, allowing operators to pull products from every angle; it rests on a series of leveling feet to prevent tipping during this process.

Overall, the Metro Q316G3 shelf unit measures 23¹³/₁₆ inches wide by 18³/₈ inches deep by 63 inches high and can be quickly assembled without the use of tools. A fully assembled unit can hold 2,000 pounds at a time without risking its structural integrity, though an individual shelf can hold up to 800 pounds. Designed with utility and cleaning in mind, each shelf mat is equipped with draining holes and can be easily removed, cleaned in a dishwasher, and replaced.
