The Metro X316GX3 shelving kit is simple to assemble and comes with four open-grid stainless steel and polymer shelf corners, four wedge connectors per shelf, four removable polymer shelf mats, and four polymer posts. Simple to assemble, the unit measures 23³/₄ inches wide by 18¹/₄ inches deep by 63 inches tall and can hold 2,000 pounds of products and kitchenware at a time. Additionally, each individual shelf can hold up to 1,000 pounds while remaining stable.

Meant for humid environments like back-of-house refrigerators and freezers, the Metro X316GX3 starter shelving unit is resistant to rust and other forms of corrosion because it's constructed primarily of epoxy and polymer. It comes equipped with Microban antimicrobial technology to combat mold, while its open-grid shelf mats keep air circulating and liquid draining. These shelf mats are simple to remove and can be cleaned in a dishwasher as needed.
