With a total weight limit of 2,000 pounds and durability in low temperatures, this unit can be safely stored in walk-in freezers and coolers. When filling the unit, heavy items should be stored along the bottom to maintain structural integrity.

The Metro X416G4 shelving kit's Microban?-infused polymer slows mold and bacterial growth, but routine cleanings are still recommended. The gridded matting on each shelf is removeable and dishwasher safe, and each shelf can safely store as much as 800 pounds of materials.
