Migali C-CR36 36" Natural Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, 105,000 BTU

The Migali C-CR24 natural gas charbroiler has reversible grates with thick ridges on one side to grill heavy meats, such as a thick steak, and a smoother texture on the other side to cook more delicate items. These grates are also adjustable and can be arranged to sit flat or sloped. Additional cast iron grates are located under the cooking grates to support lava rocks and promote airflow.

While the C-CR24 countertop charbroiler comes equipped to use natural gas, an LP conversion kit is also included. This unit has three U-shaped burners that have a combined BTU output of 105,000. The body of the charbroiler is made of durable stainless steel, and the knobs are made of chrome. Its 36-inch width helps restaurants keep up with medium demand.
