Designed for countertop applications, the Moffat E27M3 Turbofan? single full-size convection oven is 31.89 inches wide and holds three 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans on chrome-plated wire racks. These racks are removable for cleaning and can be adjusted to three different positions. Because the interior is porcelain enamel, it does not enable food and bacteria to build up. Lamps in the oven increase visibility so that operators can monitor the baking process through the double-pane glass door window. This door has a convenient pull-down design and a cool-to-the-touch door handle.

Operators can conveniently control the Moffat E27M3 countertop convection oven via its stainless steel panel. Temperatures in the oven can be set between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and a bi-directional, reversing fan evenly circulates heat throughout the baking cavity. Operators can set the 60-minute timer to keep up with the cooking process, and at the end of the time cycle, a buzzer alerts nearby employees. Indicator lights on the panel shine when the power is on, the heater is operating, or the timer expires.
