Mounted on 3-inch, adjustable feet, the Moffat E35D6-26 Turbofan? convection oven can be secured on uneven countertops. It accommodates six full-size sheet pans, which are kept 4¹/₈ inches apart to hold a variety of food items. The oven door is sealed, preventing unwanted temperature changes, and the unit is made of stainless steel to provide strength for repeated use. With halogen oven lamps, users can see inside the unit to monitor food as it cooks.

The Moffat E35D6-26 full-size countertop convection oven has an electronic thermostat that can be adjusted from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It operates with 30 programs and has five levels of steam injection as well as rethermalizing and roast functions. With a two-speed fan, product in this oven is cooked evenly.
