Users can store up to five cooking stages and utilize the USB access port for quick program updates. The oven's two-speed bi-directional reversing fan ensures consistent airflow, while the moisture injection mode, with five levels and manual injection, allows for precise humidity control. Engineered for ventless operation, it incorporates a three-stage charcoal filter, an automatic two-speed extraction fan, and a condensing heat exchanger with self-contained condensate collection.

Designed for durability, the Moffat E35T6-26 convection oven is constructed with a stainless steel exterior that resists wear and simplifies cleaning. Inside, the porcelain-enameled oven chamber retains heat and provides a smooth surface for easy maintenance. A safe-touch vented side-hinged door minimizes heat transfer, reducing operator risk, while two halogen interior lamps enhance visibility.
