This Moffat G32D5 Turbofan? 30D single convection oven can heat food from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and its reversing fan and porcelain-enameled interior ensure product bakes evenly. To track cook times, employees can use the timer and start/stop button. The timer can record how long food has been cooking with a 999-minute limit or can track how much cook time is left, counting down from 180 minutes or less. Both the time and temperature information show up on the two LED displays so they can be visually monitored simultaneously. To create moist dishes, a moisture injection button provides humidity at levels one through five.

For durability and rust resistance, the Moffat G32D5 single full-size convection oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top, while the rear panels and base are made of aluminum-coated steel, which resists corrosion. The oven door contains double-pane glass, and its layered construction locks in heat, keeps the exterior cool, and provides interior visibility. Because of the halogen lamps, food is illuminated and can be watched as it cooks to prevent overcooking. If the temperature rises too high, the oven automatically turns off, protecting the internal components from overheating. This particular model is heated by natural gas and has an internal system that monitors the pilot flame.
