Products placed on this surface are chopped with stainless steel blades in the blade assembly. Along with the push block, this blade assembly is green as part of a color-coded system to make it easy to match up the pieces for this size. The push block is made of a durable nylon-based resin and comes with a gasket that simplifies the cleaning process. This Nemco 57500-3 Easy Chopper 3 vegetable chopper has a wide base that accommodates third- and sixth-size pans, which can be 6 inches deep to fit underneath it.
