A short water bath encompasses the bottom of the inset to prevent burning and maximize the amount of food served from the container. For user safety, this unit won't exceed 212 degrees Fahrenheit and has a front-facing temperature knob for output adjustment as needed. Located on the back of the unit is a lengthy 6-foot electrical cord that enables extended access to grounded power sources.

Ideal for back-of-house or buffet-style operations, the Nemco 6103A-ICL soup warmer features a round, surface-mount design for expanded countertop service. Large enough to accommodate an 11-quart inset, this unit has a 12¹/₂-inch diameter and a 9³/₄-inch height with a rust-resistant stainless steel construction that withstands frequent use. Its angled, no-drip rim prevents food fallout, and ladle, cover, and inset are included for operator convenience.
