Nemco 6110A-ICL 4 qt Countertop Soup Warmer w/ Thermostatic Controls, 120v

With a scratch- and rust-resistant stainless steel construction, the Nemco 6110A-ICL soup warmer is designed for countertop applications. Its 8⁷/₈-inch width, 9³/₄-inch depth, and 9⁷/₈-inch height is small enough for back- or front-of-house operation, while its round well has room for a small 4-quart inset, with a no-drip rim to manage spills. For complete operation, this unit is provided with the appropriately sized inset, as well as a matching ladle and cover.

To quickly heat soups, broths, and sauces, the Nemco 6110A-ICL soup warmer features a wet operation system. A coiled heating element mounted at the base of the unit is attached to an aluminum dissipator plate to sufficiently disperse heat to the water surrounding the inset. Its tri-setting thermostat features low, medium, and high temperatures as needed, with a maximum temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit to protect food from overcooking. A lengthy 6-foot power cord can be located at the back of the unit to provide access to nearby outlets.
