At 36 inches wide and 18 inches deep, its solid, flat framework is made from 13/4-inch-long, 11/2-inch-wide, 1/8-inch-thick wall angle; laterals are constructed of 11/4-inch-long by 11/4-inch-wide by 7/100-inch-thick wall tubing for even support across the unit. Its removable top is made from a 1/25-inch-thick aluminum sheet to add resiliency and for swift cleaning. Its laterals and framework are corrosion resistant, so it can be stored in humid areas, such as walk-in coolers and freezers, and dry pantries and packaging areas. Working alongside mobile or stationary posts, it can be adjusted along post indentions to support spacing needs.
