Using the NU-VU NCO5 half-size countertop convection oven, kitchens can increase production capacity without occupying valuable floor space. This compact oven accommodates five half-sized food pans that can be arranged on 3¹/₈-inch spacings. Users can monitor baking progress through the glass front door, which remains cool to the touch during cooking.

The NU-VU NCO5 countertop convection oven is operated with electromechanical controls. Its thermostat can be set as high as 425 degrees Fahrenheit, providing flexibility in menu creation. A light indicates when the oven is heated and ready to cook.
