Holding seven 18-inch-by-26-inch or (14) 13-inch-by-18-inch sheet pans, this NU-VU SB-1 pan rack provides a place for using equipment and prepping ingredients. With an aluminum tubular frame, this unit is durable for heavy use and resists corrosion. It can be moved around kitchens since it is mounted on heavy-duty casters, and though the NU-VU SB-1 pan rack ships knocked down, it can be put together with thumbscrews.
