To facilitate cleaning, the Pitco BNB-SE18 bread and batter cabinet has a removable basket holder and drain screen. For cleaning the floor underneath the unit, it sits on 9-inch legs, which can be adjusted to elevate the unit to a comfortable working height. Ensuring durability, the front, sides, and door are made of stainless steel, and the back is aluminized steel.
