The Pitco SSHBNB55 bread and batter cabinet provides a place to bread chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and other food products before placing them in a Pitco SSH55 model fryer. So they can be installed flush beside each other, this type of fryer is designed to match the size of the bread cabinet. To store breading and other utensils, the bottom shelf of the cabinet provides space within reach.

To facilitate cleaning, the Pitco SSHBNB55 bread and batter cabinet's drain screen and basket hanger are removable for access. While its 9-inch legs enable users to sweep underneath the unit without moving it, the legs are adjustable to a comfortable working height. For durability, the front, sides, and door of this unit are made of corrosion- and dent-resistant stainless steel.
