The APP71R pizza prep table from Arctic Air comes with six third-size plastic food pans that let you organize all your pizza toppings. This equipment will keep those toppings chilled to 33-41 degrees Fahrenheit, an optimal range to keep food fresh. A digital LED on the prep table's exterior displays the cabinet's internal temperature, so you can verify that products there are being stored properly.

This pizza prep table is equipped with a heavy-duty cutting board that runs the entire 71-inch length of the equipment. That durable surface provides a convenient spot where staff can assemble pizzas and prep produce.
