Prince Castle 740-T8 8 Channel Single Function Electric Timer, Bold LCD Readout, 120v

This Prince Castle 740-T8 timer provides eight individually programmable channels that can be activated simultaneously to monitor as many as eight different tasks at once, from cooking and holding processes to handwashing and other kitchen procedures. Designed to be programmed, this timer has push buttons for selecting a channel and inputting the desired time, which can be formatted in hours and minutes or minutes and seconds. To keep kitchen staff informed about which channel is assigned to which item or task, this timer ships with removable labels.

To make sure the end of a countdown doesn't go unnoticed, the Prince Castle 740-T8 timer issues audio and visual indicators. The audible beep is a dual-tone alarm, while the visual signal is a flashing channel light. Its channel indicator lights also show different colors to reflect how much time is left on the countdown, changing from green to yellow and then to red to warn operators that time is close to expiring. Using the digital display, operators can see the time remaining on the selected channel. This timer comes standard with 3¹/₂-inch mounting brackets and a long, 10-foot cord for flexible installation.
