For uniform holding results, the Prince Castle MHB100HM1 holding bin's upper and lower heaters can be adjusted individually. The top heater has a 150-to-275-degree-Fahrenheit temperature range, while the lower heater's range spans between 150 and 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Its holding compartment includes a pan cover that preserves moisture to prevent foods from drying out during long holding periods.
