To further expedite cleaning, it?s equipped with a removable grease drawer, and its back and side splashes keep grease splatter contained. With a small footprint measuring 36 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high, this unit is designed to fit on a countertop.

To reduce the risk of accidental temperatures changes, the Equipex PSS-900 3PH countertop griddle features a recessed control panel. It cooks at a maximum of 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and its 35-inch by 15-inch cooking surface is divided into three zones to enable operators to cook multiple products at once. Each of the zones is thermostatically controlled to ensure precision. When the griddle is not in use, operators can use the on/off switch to quickly power it down.
