Rational 60.74.983 AutoLift Boiling Basket for L & XL

Compatible with Rational L and XL models, the Rational 60.74.983 AutoLift boiling basket supports automatic raising and lowering during cooking. It integrates with the AutoLift mechanism to lift the basket from the pan at the programmed time, supporting pasta, deep-fried, poached, and boiled foods. Mounted on the AutoLift arm, the basket simplifies product removal after cooking, and its angled handle improves handling. Rounded edges enhance stability and simplify cleaning. Sized for rice preparation as well, the holes are optimized for varied food types. Each basket can hold up to 22 pounds of food product.
