Robot Coupe BLIXER60 2 Speed Food Processor w/ 63 qt Capacity

The Robot Coupe BLIXER60 vertical blender mixer is a stainless steel bowl featuring a 63-quart capacity and two handles that make lifting and transporting easier. When mounted on the stainless steel stand, the bowl can tilt to the side for emptying or cleaning. A transparent lid enables the user to check on mixtures, while a central lid can be opened to add ingredients during mixing.

The Robot Coupe BLIXER60 has a direct drive induction motor designed for heavy use. Its stainless steel construction is durable, resistant to rust and corrosion, and suited for long-term use. The three legs, which create stability, have retractable wheels so the user can transport the entire unit as needed. It has an IP65 control panel with buttons that are flush to the panel for easy use. A magnetic safety and motor brake are included to ensure user safety.
