Once the bowl is locked into place with a simple counterclockwise rotation, users can implement a height-adjustable fine-serrated blade to ensure ingredients don't become jammed during the cutting process. Fitting the bowl in a flush manner, a high-heat and shock-resistant see-through lid is placed on top. Because the lid has a central opening, users can then attach the Blixer? arm?a device that rotates around the bowl and scrapes food back towards the blades. All these parts can be removed after use for quick and simple cleaning; they're all dishwasher safe.
