The Robot Coupe CMP250COMBI compact power mixer is a durable tool that occupies minimal kitchen space. Saving operators from transferring food to a large stand mixer for blending, the power mixer reduces the overall number of dishes that must be cleaned after meals are prepared. The tool can be used to puree product in the same pot used to cook foods. Unlike regular blenders equipped with blades that spin at the base of a bowl, the power mixer is designed with a blade at the end of its tube that executes blending. This tool efficiently blends product to create a smooth, even finish.

With a maximum of 10,000 RPM for the mixer and 1,800 for the whisk, the Robot Coupe CMP250COMBI commercial power mixer is suitable for quickly blending light foods. This compact tool is best for pureeing fruits and vegetables or blending soups, and it's simple to handle. For maximum durability and facilitated cleaning, the power mixer's bell, blades, and shaft are constructed of stainless steel. Enabling operators to reach the base of pots and bowls and completely blend all portions of food, the whisk measures 9 inches long, and to ensure watertightness, the stainless steel motor unit with air vents is only located in the top section.
