Designed with a 3-quart capacity, the bowl is transparent for monitoring product while it mixes, and the heat- and shock-resistant lid has an opening in the center for convenient addition of ingredients during use.

Equipped with straightforward controls, the Robot Coupe R2BCLR food processor is operated with an on and off button as well as a pulse button for precise cutting. The parts are removable and dishwasher safe for thorough cleaning, and this unit has a fixed single speed of 1,725 rotations per minute with a powerful 1-horsepower motor.
