Implemented into the bowl are three detachable height-adjustable blades that provide the flexibility needed to create products with ideal consistencies. After mixing, this bowl can be tilted past 90 degrees to pour product into any compatible container or bowl. With its transparent lid, users can view mixing with ease; the built-in wiper clears the interior of the lid to ensure users can continue to monitor the mixing process. The central hole offers simple insertion for dry or liquid ingredients during a mixing cycle.

The Robot Coupe R60T vertical cutter mixer utilizes a 16-horsepower motor built into the 30⁷/₈-inch-wide by 25⁹/₁₆-inch-deep by 54¹/₂-inch-high body. This cutting mixer features a direct-drive induction transmission and operates at two speeds: 1,800 and 3,600 revolutions per minute. It has a simple-to-access control panel that offers options such as a pulse speed and 15-minute timer. For high-intensity use, the entirety of the structure and its motor shaft is made of stainless steel to protect against abrasions and minor damage. To offer stability, it sits on three legs.
