Arctic Air AST28R 29" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Arctic Air AST28R sandwich and salad prep table includes eight sixth-size food pans for fresh sandwich and salad toppings. Those toppings and ingredients in the base are held at safe temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit consistently. One shelf is included for organizing products held in the refrigerated cabinet base.

This prep table's exterior front and sides are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its door self-closes and forms a positive seal with its magnetic gasket, which is removable without tools for cleaning and maintenance. This door also includes a foamed-in-place handle that will never become detached or loose. A cutting board spans the length of the Arctic Air AST28R prep table to provide a surface for staff to prepare produce and other fresh salad trimmings. They can also place sandwiches and subs on the cutting board while they pile them with toppings.
