This ice is chewable and absorbent—ideal for soft drinks and iced tea. To simplify operation in fast-paced settings, the ice maker features a one-touch cleaning function and AutoAlert® indicator lights that offer status updates. This unit is equipped with a self-aligning front panel that provides access to key components.

To extend its service life with high-volume use, the Scotsman NS0922L-1 ice maker's auger and evaporator are made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. Its internal surfaces are treated with AgION® antimicrobial to inhibit the growth of bacteria and other germs between cleanings. Because this unit is remote cooled, it must be connected to an exterior condensing unit to operate. Overall, it measures 22⁷/₁₀ inches wide by 24 inches deep by 27 inches high.
