Great for theaters, stadiums, and other recreational operations, the Server 86540 Supreme? butter server controls food costs and portions while keeping lines moving. It has a three-quart jar, and depending on the application, product can also be dispensed directly from a No. 10 can. This server has a water bath warming method and a heated spout to keep butter warm and ready to serve. Its thermostat senses the temperature, eliminating hot spots that could lead to product scorching. Operators can adjust the dispense rate, which comes preset at ¹?₄ ounce and can be increased to 1 ounce in ¹?₈-ounce increments.
