The Server 83433 condiment pump is constructed of stainless steel for strength and rust resistance. It can be used in ambient, chilled, and heated applications. Captured balls in the cast valve body help reduce the risk of product loss and the pump dispenses thick and particulate-heavy product from a sixth-size, 6-inch-deep steam table pan. The unit yields a 1-ounce maximum portion, which can be adjusted in increments of ¹?₈ ounce.
