The Server 83720 pump-style condiment dispenser is meant to be installed into a 20¹?₄-inch-wide by 8⁷?₈-inch-deep drop-in cutout to ensure thick sauces and condiments are cool for serving. Its insulated base preserves chill for even cooling, and each jar can be chilled with a Server universal ice pack (sold separately) or ice. To offer several dispensing options, four 3¹?₂-quart jars are included. Overall, this unit measures 20¹?₈ inches wide by 12 inches deep by 6⁷?₁₆ inches high.

Each of the Server 83720 condiment dispenser's jars has a correlating dispensing pump that can dispense 1¹?₄ ounces of product, which helps save on cost while providing consistent servings. Operators can adjust portion sizes in ¹?₈-ounce increments as needed. The stainless steel pumps can be wiped clean without removal, and the unit's brushed stainless steel finish resists rust and corrosion while hiding fingerprints.
