The Server 87480 (MB-4) mini cold station has four ninth-size jars to serve small items at topping bars. These jars include hinged black plastic lids to cover and protect products from contaminants. The dispenser also includes four ¹?₂-ounce spoons to serve and handle products from the dispenser. These jars are housed in an insulated stainless steel base that prevents condensation while keeping items cold for as long as four hours. The stainless steel base?s brushed finish hides fingerprint smudges. The Server 87480 condiment dispenser can use either ice or four round ice packs to maintain cool temperatures.
