The Server 85050 pump dispenses hot fudge and caramel from 96-ounce pouches with a 16-millimeter fitting. Using the included collars, this pump's 1-ounce maximum dispensing serving can be reduced in increments of ¹?₈ of an ounce. Fudge pouches can be evacuated by 96 percent, while caramel pouches can be evacuated by 97 percent. This pump has a stainless steel body.
