The Silver King SKDL25-ESUS2 refrigerated lettuce crisper/dispenser is ideal for heavy use, as it has a 50-head capacity and is made of stainless steel. The bin can be adjusted to two sizes as needed via the access doors. The self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and is top mounted to reduce buildup of particles. The manual defrost systems inside the unit keep the unit in optimal condition, while the simple controls turn crisper/dispenser on or off.
