The 60-inch cook top consists of six 33,000-BTU open burners with cast iron grates and a 24-inch griddle with a 0.5-inch-thick griddle plate that heats quickly and evenly. This restaurant range's two standard ovens each come with their own oven rack, which are adjustable in two positions. These ovens also accommodate full-size sheet pans in both directions.

To endure daily scuffs, scrapes, and dents, the Southbend 4601DD-2GL commercial range has a corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior. A 4-inch stainless steel rail lines the front of the burners, providing a plating area and a barrier between the operator and hot surfaces. Inside the oven, the porcelain enamel resists corrosion for a long service life, and its smooth surface is easy to clean. Its coved corners help evenly circulate airflow, preventing cold spots that could impact results.
