The Southbend 4601DD-2TL restaurant range combines three powerful pieces of cooking equipment into one convenient package. The cooktop includes six no-clog, one-piece cast iron burners with cast iron grates. The grates in the rear are large enough to accommodate 14-inch stock pots. To the left of the burners is a 24 inch wide, 1/2 inch thick griddle with raised sides and thermostatic controls for precise temperatures. The base of the Southbend 4601DD-2TL includes two standard ovens, each with a 40,000 BTU burner, porcelainized interiors, and battery spark gas ignition.
