Southbend 4601DD-7R 60" 8 Burner Gas Range W/ (2) Standard Ovens, Natural Gas

Part of Southbend's Ultimate Restaurant Range series, the 4601DD-7R NG 60-inch range provides a total of eight cooktop burners. Four of those are heavy-duty 33,000 BTU one-piece burners. The other four are high-powered, three-piece Pyromax burners that generate 40,000 BTU each on their highest setting. Forming the base underneath those burners are two standard ovens which each accommodate full-size sheet pans inserted front-to-back or side-to-side. For safety, a manual gas cutoff valve is located with the rest of the range controls to allow operators to quickly shut off the gas supply to all burners and pilots.
