Southbend 4602AA-4GR 60" 2 Burner Gas Range W/ Griddle & (2) Convection Ovens, Natural Gas

The Southbend 4602AA-4GR NG gas range is heated by natural gas, and a manual gas shut-off valve is located on the front of the unit for safety. There is a 48-inch griddle on the right side of the unit, with two non-clogging burners that have wavy grates sitting above them. A 4-inch, stainless steel front rail acts as a resting place for plates. The front and sides of the unit are made from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.

Two convection ovens are on the bottom of the unit, and they can be used as regular ovens with the flip of a switch. The temperature range on both ovens is 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the doors of the ovens have spring-assisted hinges, opening and closing them is easier. The interior is protected by double-sided, full-porcelain enamel, which is easy to clean and resistant to corrosion. The interior corners are coved to make cleaning debris out easier and to enhance the flow of air to prevent hot and cold spots. The Southbend 4602AA-4GR NG gas range uses a battery-spark to ignite the ovens' burners and a standing pilot for cooktop burners.
