The Southbend P36N-BBB-SU range features three open-top burners in the front. Its three rear burners are raised 4 inches higher to help staff reach the pots and pans resting on welded steel grates. The removable drip tray collects grease and food particles so that the operator can clean up after cooking. A front rail can hold plates while food is transferred. To accommodate almost any establishment, the Southbend P36N-BBB-SU range can be installed on a countertop or refrigerated base.
