The Southbend PCE11S/SI single full-size convection ovena€™s top, sides, front, and rear jacket are constructed of stainless steel for the durability needed to withstand consistent use in commercial kitchens. It comes with two independent doors that can be opened using one heavy-duty stay-cool handle; the doors have windows so the contents can be monitored throughout the baking process.
