The Southbend PCE11S/TI-V Platinum convection oven is designed with a standard depth to fit full-sized pans. It is ventless, which enables the unit to be placed almost anywhere without the need for a hood. A touchscreen controller located at the oven's front holds various programmable recipes and timer settings. An option to force a cool down is provided to quickly lower the oven's internal temperature.

The exterior of Southbend PCE11S/TI-V single-deck convection oven is built of stainless steel, while the interior is made of porcelain with an enameled finish. These materials provide the unit with durability and aid in heat retention. To provide a view of the interior, the two independent doors are windowed. They open separately to provide access to either side of the cabinet without causing excessive heat loss. This unit can produce temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
