For durability and corrosion resistance, the Southbend PCE15S/TI Platinum double full-size convection ovena€™s exterior is constructed of stainless steel. Its baking compartments are lined with porcelain enamel and coved corners to streamline cleaning after use. This oven features high-efficiency glass doors and a dual door sealing system for heat retention capabilities. Heat loss is also reduced because each door opens independently. Each interior cabinet measures 29 inches wide by 21 1/2 inches deep by 20 inches high and comes with five racks per deck.

The Southbend PCE15S/TI convection ovena€™s interior is equipped with high-temperature recessed lamps so operators can watch food as it cooks. This unita€™s touchscreen controller provides recipe programming and timer settings and can set temperatures from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. When food has finished cooking, this oven reaches holding temperatures between 140 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
