The Southbend PCE22B/TI full-size convection oven is a large stainless steel double deck unit that measures 38 inches wide by 43 1/2 inches deep by 64 inches high. Its stainless steel design is resistant to corrosion and rust for a durable oven made to withstand repeated use, and the double-deck ovens each have a set of independent doors with a single stay-cool, heavy-duty handle.
The Southbend PCE22B/TI full size convection ovena€™s two interiors measure 29 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 20 inches high. Each oven is lined with easy-to-clean porcelain and features coved corners that be quickly wiped out and cleared of debris. The ovens both come with five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed to accommodate different pan sizes. Each deck has a separate set of touchscreen controls for easy use.
