An item from the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE75S/TI-V full-size convection oven has a single-deck design capable of holding five oven racks; these racks can be adjusted along the 11-position rack guide to fit various pan configurations. This unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and has a porcelain enamel interior with coved corners to retain heat and prevent debris build up. To limit heat loss during operation, this unit is fitted with two windowed doors that operate independently.

The Southbend PCE75S/TI-V convection oven is ventless, so it doesn't require a hood for operation.
