The full-size, single-deck configuration of the Southbend PCG50B/SI convection oven can hold five oven racks in 11 different positions to accommodate a variety of food pan configurations. This unit has a 29-inch bakery depth ideal for baking large batches of bread, pastries, and other food items. Located on a slide-out control panel on the front right side of the unit, the standard controls can be used to program various manual and recipe modes including the 60-minute mechanical timer.
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCG50B/SI convection oven can maintain temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A two-speed motorized fan pushes hot air into the oven cavity, while the intuitive solid-state thermostat ensures accurate temperature manipulation. To rapidly lower oven temperatures, this unit has a forced cool down setting, and to ensure precise cooking, the oven interior is fitted with LED lighting.
