Ideal for busy locations with limited space, the Southbend PCHE15S/S Platinum half-size convection oven features a durable stainless steel build that measures 30 inches wide by 29 5/8 inches deep by 64 inches high. Each of the two decks are fitted with independent solid-state controls that consist of two knobs for the 60-miunte timer in addition to temperature settings and rocker switches for power, interior lighting, and cool-down mode.
The Southbend PCHE15S/S double-deck convection oven's interiors are made of heat-retentive porcelain and fitted with five adjustable wire racks lit with interior recessed lighting. These lights work with the windowed doors to provide a clear view of food as it cooks. The unit stands on four triangular stainless steel legs to enable air to flow around the unit, allowing it to breathe without overheating in the kitchen.
