Its stainless steel front, sides, front rail, and removable shelf are made of rust-, corrosion-, and wear-resistant stainless steel to endure rigorous back-of-house use. Its 4-inch front rail creates space between the burners and user for safety, while its single shelf provides storage space so commonly used utensils and supplies can be stored close at hand. To minimize rocking or wobbling during operation, its 6-inch stainless steel legs can be leveled on irregular surfaces.
The one-piece, non-clog burners operate with LP gas and emit 24,000 BTU. To simultaneously accommodate four pots and pans, the range's open top measures 24 3/8 inches wide, and the two rear burners are designed to support 14-inch-diameter stock pots. For durability and effective heat conduction, each burner is built with a removable cast iron grate top.
