Southbend S36D-3G 36" Gas Range W/ Full Griddle & Standard Oven, Liquid Propane

The Southbend S36D-3G S-Series gas range has a griddle and one standard oven that is equipped with a heavy-duty, U-shaped burner. Operators can monitor the temperature with a snap-action thermostat, which has an adjustable range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. For corrosion resistance, the oven's interior is enameled, and to retain heat, it is insulated with block-type rock wool. This oven can accommodate various product heights because of its removable rack and two-position rack guides.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Southbend S36D-3G gas range has a sturdy front, sides, shelf, and front rail that withstand heavy use. Its 4-inch front rail has welded end caps, while the metal control knobs are striped to ensure the proper temperature setting. The burners are made of painted cast iron, and underneath the burners, crumbs are caught in a one-piece drawer, which is removable for cleaning. For effective heat distribution, its 1/2-inch-thick griddle plate is constructed of steel and has four burners.
